Greske is human with vampiric ancestry, Malkavian to be exact. She does not age and can take a lot of damage but can be fatally hurt by all attacks, including physical. When injured beyond typical healing she must feed to stay alive, otherwise she suffices on animal blood in small monthly doses. Her appetite otherwise is fully human. She has burn marks that travel from left knee to left breast. Whip-marks along her back from her shoulders to lower back. Four parallel scars across her face from right forehead to lower left neck. Thick scar at the base of her throat which gives her voice a gravelly effect, and her hands and forearms are criss-crossed with scars from battle. Greske can shift into a hawk, only she doesn't know it yet. She has only in the last couple of decades acknowledged her 'different' status. She has not discovered this ability yet but will soon. The hawk is fully normal except for the fact that has Greske's fully intelligence while in that form.

Greske is an extrovert and has a bit of a 'hero' complex when she chooses to. However she attempts to stay out of the business of those that aren't of the 'lighter' side. If she visually witnesses a wrong being done she will intervene most probably but if she simply hears a plan she will stay out of it. She knows that every race has their right to live because of her vampiric ancestry but otherwise she tries to turn a blind eye. She is considered a 'white-lighter' by most truly evil people but those who skirt the edges consider her fair. She has a good heart and good intentions but she is more tolerant of what most would consider 'evil' by 'normal human' standards. This attitude actually gets her into more trouble than it is worth.





Greske was found in a basket near on the bank of a river in human country. A retired mercenary named 'Fletch' found her and took her in as his own. From the moment she could walk he trained her in the art of battle. He trained her in the scholarship of battle as well as the art of war. She knows tactics, strategy and money as well as the use of her blade. She knows how to read, write and do complicated mathematics which is unusual in human mercenaries. Fletch did not know she was inhuman and died before she herself made the realization. After she joined up in a mercenary company she realized that though she continued to be injured her age stayed the same. For about eighty years she survived by simply floating from company to company. After a period of time she decided to try to trace her lineage and followed the path to a cave with mythical powers. The next thing she knew she woke up after a ten decade sleep with red streaks in her hair and powers she didn't realize she had suddenly forcing themselves to be evident. She has no memory of how it happened but after a few decades of floating around trying to pretend she was 'normal' she finally acknowledged her situation and started learning what she was capable of. She is ashamed of her vampiric ancestry and tries hard not to acknowledge her need. She has almost died because of this.
